Previous HR leadership: From April 2016 to June 2021, held dual roles in organization enablement and HR business partnering, managing strategic initiatives, manpower forecasting, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation for approximately 170,000 employees.
Employee engagement and relations: Organized various employee events, engagement programs, and reward and recognition activities to boost morale and foster a committed workforce.
Performance management: Implemented and managed performance appraisal systems, ensuring timely completion of appraisals and linking performance to rewards.
