Nomination Guidelines – Workforce Intelligence & HR Tech Conclave 2025
Selection Process
1) All complete and eligible nominations received within the submission deadline will be presented to the Jury in an unbiased and equal manner. The jury will then select the final list of winners who will be awarded in the ceremony to be held on 9th December 2025 post completion of first day of the conference at the same venue.
2) Open to all. Conclave TechMedia team will be constantly in touch with you for all the details and logistics of the conference and awards.
Please go through the following nomination guidelines:
- This form has two parts
a) Part one comprises contact details of the nominee
b)Part two is the detailed submission which will be assessed by the judging panel. We encourage you to provide in-depth details, evidence, supporting figures wherever applicable and complete all required fields in the nomination form.
- Award nomination is open to registered delegates for the conference only, in case of any default in payment terms, your nomination will stand void.
- The nominee must be directly involved in the process that he/she is being nominated for
- Nomination will be judged based on complete information, facts and figures and all supporting documents provided by the nominee
- All information will be treated as confidential and only shared with the specific judges that assess this category.
- Nominee must have implemented the mentioned initiatives, programme, or processes within their current organization with successful and measurable results within the last 12 months,
- All complete nomination forms should be submitted by November 2025.
- We encourage you to get your completed nomination form signed and stamped by HR to authenticate the details provided.
- Submit details of section I and II together.
- Nominations for company awards will have to be authenticated by HOD
- Nominations which do not comply with the guidelines will not qualify.

Individual Award
HR Innovator of the Year Award
